| Suggestions Solicited for review of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 |
| SEBI with the objective of bringing the basic framework governing Insider Trading practices in India, in line with the dynamic global scenario, has constituted a High Level Committee to review the present SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (“PIT Regulationsâ€). |
