Mr. Chirag Kothari is a Practising Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Licentiate Company Secretary, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Honours. With over 8 years of professional experience, he has developed strong expertise in the domains of valuation, assurance, and business advisory services, having worked extensively with listed entities and multinational clients across diverse industries. He began his career as an Executive in the Assurance Department at Ernst & Young, India, where he gained valuable exposure to complex audit and financial reporting environments.

Chirag is also a Registered Valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) for Securities or Financial Assets (SFA). His core competencies include valuations for mergers and acquisitions, startup valuations, rights issues, and other financial instruments. In addition to valuation, Chirag also brings significant experience in CFO services, business consultation, and strategic financial advisory, offering comprehensive solutions to clients seeking growth, compliance, and capital structuring.
