- Initiate, build, and sustain relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date in the industry.
- Work with the Client Service Partner and participate throughout the Client and Client Engagement Life Cycle.
- Pursue new business opportunities, ensure client satisfaction & resolve client concerns.
- Arrange a meeting for prospective clients with the top management of our company.
- Do calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns for generating new clients.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs.
- Continuous follow-ups with the potential client & existing client with respect to client engagement activities.
- Continuous follow for the multiple collaborators & tie-up with the business networking groups & firms.
- Send campaigns and schedule appointments to potential & existing clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Customer-focused & High energy, positive personality
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to identify potential leads & convert them into clients.
- Ability to communicate with top management of the companies
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
