MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advising clients on investigations and inspections launched by SEBI/Stock Exchanges.
  • Department and Client Management focused on the growth of the business
  • Allocation/Self Execution/Review/Finalization of Team’s work
  • On the Job Team training while reviewing works
  • Review/Execution of Business Valuations, Regulatory Valuations, Financial Reporting Valuations, IBC Valuations – Securities or Financial Assets
  • Ensuring compliance with systems/processes and documentation
  • Submission of valuation reports for Final Review/Signatures after a thorough review of approach/process and also documentation to ensure that valuation is properly supported

SKILLS

  • Thorough Professional focused on meeting client needs
  • Good command of Valuation and Finance concepts
  • Experience in Business / Financial Modeling
  • Understanding of Valuation Standards and generally accepted principles
  • Knowledge of Industry-wise Valuations, Trends, and Deals taking place
  • Thorough understanding and Application of Valuation approaches and methodologies (Discounted Cash Flow Method Equity Method, Discounted Cash Flow Method Firm Method, Comparable Companies Trading Multiple (CCM) Method, Comparable Companies Transaction Multiple (CTM) Method, Option Pricing Method (Black Scholes / Binomial Method)
  • Knowledge of Indian Regulatory Environment about Valuations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
