Mr. Rakesh Gupta, an authority on Tax Planning and Litigations matters. He has 25 years of rich work experience in taxation matters. Mr. Gupta possesses an influential personality and is a research focused person with result oriented attitude. During his professional career, he held the membership of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in 2003. Being an expert in taxation and with entrepreneur approach, he started his professional practice in taxation matters and served big business houses relating to all tax related issues, i.e., planning, litigation, restructuring, etc. He is a visiting faculty in various seminars and workshops on taxation.

Mr. Yogesh Gupta, fellow member of ICSI & ICWAI, has 20 years of rich experience of industry in the field of Finance. He also hold post graduate diploma in Financial Management. During his professional career he has attained management positions in various listed & unlisted companies. Mr. Gupta expertise in funding and associating Private Equity deals. He has also held the position of Chairman of Northern India Regional Council of ICSI in 2004.
