Since investors are the backbone of the securities market, therefore, awareness among investors is the foremost concern. It is of paramount importance to all concerned to protect the interest of the investors. However, the endeavour to safeguard the interest of the investors will have limited effect unless investors exercise certain precautions while making investment decisions.
