This Investor Section has been designed keeping in view the interest of the Investors and the consequent growth of the security market. As investors are the backbone of security market, therefore, the protection of their interest is of upmost important. This section embraces an investor grievance model which will help the investor to submit their complaint against the company or the other intermediary involved in the process. Further, it also provides Do’s and Don’ts as prescribed by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the protection of the interest of the investors with respect to subscribing in IPO/FPO, investing in mutual fund and derivatives and so on.
